Electronic Security | Construction & Infrastructure Trainee Business Development Managers

With an outstanding reputation, our mission is to become the number one electronic security solutions provider in the Asia Pacific market. Due to continued growth we are now looking for trainee business development managers to join our Brisbane sales team based out of our Mansfield office.
Position & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the Construction & Infrastructure Business Development Managers will be responsible for developing strategic account relationships in the construction market and selling temporary hired CCTV.
Cold calling construction companies (fantastic leads provided)
Designing bespoke CCTV systems
Conduct sales presentations on site
Participate in sales and technical training
Work towards being a Security Solutions Specialist within the business
This is a pro-active sales role so you will needed to be a self- motivated sales person who is eager to learn and happy to work to sales targets in a fast paced, energetic sales team.
Previous experience in telesales/field sales/business development (Ideally 2 years +)
Track record of achieving sales targets both call ratios and conversations
Excellent people skills with the ability to build relationships easily
Attention to detail when preparing sales documents/ presentations
Ability to present face to face with customers.
Good IT and systems knowledge including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Full driving licence (ESSENTIAL)
An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicants, including a base salary plus superannuation, the use of a pool car to attend meetings, phone, laptop and a lucrative commission plan with an OTE of $100,000+.
